Composed of four distinct blocks, the residence is organized around a central vertical fountain cascading from roof to ground. Water becomes the heart of the structure, cooling and dividing the volumes while uniting them through movement and sound. Controlled openings minimize heat and glare, while layers of greenery soften the façades and filter the light. Solid yet alive, the architecture balances climate, nature, and human presence.
